“Tráz di Munti” is a rural Zone of Tarrafal behind the Vulcano “Monte Graciosa”, the big father of Tarrafal. In this region, pottery has an old tradition.

We will visit the pottery center (centro de artes e ofícios Trás di Munti) and have a workshop of the beautiful old mecanical art. Try it by your own!

After the workshop we will have the Cachupa, the traditional dish of Cabo Verde!

The hike goes through the valley of Tarrafal ending up at the beautiful white sandy palmtree beach of Tarrafal. 2.5 hours hike. (For small Kids a “Baby Carry Backpack” is required)

For non-hikers: we can go back by car instead of hiking.
